Data control
This web resource lets you request deletion of your FRGMNT LAB account and associated personal data even if you no longer have access to the app.
After the request is validated, the account and associated personal data under FRGMNT LAB control will be deleted, including profile and account-linked data that we are not legally required to retain.
Data stored only on the device may need to be removed by the user by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Deleting the FRGMNT LAB account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel renewal in the applicable store before deletion when an active subscription exists.
Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. When applicable, they are kept only for the necessary period.
Complete the form below using, whenever possible, the same email associated with the account. We may request reasonable identity verification before completing deletion.
The request will be processed within a reasonable period and according to applicable legal requirements.
