This Privacy Policy explains how FRGMNT LAB handles personal data on the website and mobile app. The mobile app is the official reference for mobile features and access tiers.

By using the services, users acknowledge the practices described here, without limiting rights provided by applicable law.

We may process account data such as email, display name and information submitted through support, contact or account-deletion forms.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card numbers through support forms.

Depending on the features used, we may process data related to formulas, dilutions, scaling, pricing, preferences and other records created by the user.

On tiers without cloud features, records may remain only on the device. On PRO PLUS, eligible records may be synchronized to the cloud when that feature is enabled.

FRGMNT LAB uses Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure associated with accounts and cloud synchronization.

Credentials are handled through authentication mechanisms; FRGMNT LAB does not store passwords in readable plain text.

Calculations may work without an account and data may be stored locally on the device. Cloud synchronization availability depends on the applicable access tier.

Removing local device data may require clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.

When in-app purchases are available, they will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and may use purchase-entitlement infrastructure such as RevenueCat.

FRGMNT LAB does not receive or store the full card number used in the stores. Transaction, product, status and entitlement data may be processed to grant, restore and manage purchased benefits.

The FREE tier may display advertising. When mobile advertising is enabled, providers such as Google AdMob may process device identifiers, technical information and data needed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and consented to, ad personalization.

Consent preferences and platform controls will be respected according to region and applicable requirements. Paid tiers defined as ad-free do not display FRGMNT LAB advertising.

We may collect usage, performance, crash and feature-interaction events to understand adoption, stability, retention and product operation.

Instrumentation should follow data-minimization principles and must not include passwords, unnecessary sensitive content or full payment-card numbers.

Data may be used to provide and protect the service, authenticate users, synchronize data where applicable, provide support, administer purchases, measure performance, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the product.

Where consent is required for a particular purpose, the relevant processing depends on the choice presented to the user.

FRGMNT LAB does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers necessary to operate the service, including infrastructure, authentication, app stores, purchase management, advertising, analytics and support providers.

Each provider processes data according to its role, contracts and applicable policies. FRGMNT LAB seeks to limit sharing to what is necessary for each purpose.

Technology providers may process data in countries other than the user’s country. Where applicable, mechanisms and safeguards consistent with relevant law are used.

Technical processing locations may vary according to each service and its infrastructure.

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, service delivery and legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal claims.

When an account is deleted, associated data under our control is removed except for records that must legitimately be retained for the applicable period.

Users may request access, correction or deletion and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Users can also control permissions and consent choices offered by the operating system or app.

Account deletion requests can be initiated in the app and through the dedicated public deletion page.

FRGMNT LAB is not specifically directed to children. Users must observe minimum-age rules applicable in their jurisdiction and app stores.

If we identify processing inconsistent with applicable requirements for minors, we will take appropriate action.

This policy may be updated to reflect product, provider, app-store or legal changes. The current version date will be shown on this page.
