These Terms govern access to and use of the FRGMNT LAB website and mobile app. The mobile app is the official reference for mobile features, access tiers and operational rules.

By using the service, users agree to these Terms and applicable policies.

FRGMNT LAB provides calculation, organization and aromatic-formulation support tools, including formulation, dilution, scaling, conversions and pricing as available in the relevant version.

Additional library and analysis features may be added in future versions.

FRGMNT LAB is a technical and informational tool. It does not provide diagnosis, prescription, treatment, medical advice or a guarantee of therapeutic safety.

Users must consult qualified professionals and appropriate technical references whenever health, safety or regulatory assessment is required.

Some features may require an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their credentials.

Activity performed through an account may be attributed to its holder until any compromise is reported.

The planned mobile structure includes FREE, AD-FREE, PRO and PRO PLUS. FREE and AD-FREE keep save limits; AD-FREE removes ads; PRO provides unlimited local saves; PRO PLUS adds cloud features when available.

Limits, benefits and availability may be updated prospectively with appropriate notice where required.

Digital purchases in the mobile app, when enabled, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, currency, taxes, billing period and final conditions are those shown by the store at purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the applicable store settings, subject to the terms shown during purchase.

Where applicable, the app will provide a mechanism to restore eligible purchases associated with the store account.

Restoration depends on platform records and purchased products.

The FREE tier may contain advertising. AD-FREE, PRO and PRO PLUS are defined as tiers without FRGMNT LAB advertising.

Ad delivery is subject to consent choices, platform controls and applicable rules.

Results depend on values, units, densities and other data supplied by the user. FRGMNT LAB aims to execute implemented calculations correctly, but users must validate inputs and results before practical use.

Mass-volume conversions require appropriate density; the system should not assume missing technical data.

Users are responsible for raw-material selection, concentration, compatibility, stability, safety, regulatory compliance, labeling, testing and final use of any formulation.

No result replaces laboratory testing, supplier documentation or professional assessment where required.

Records created in the service remain tied to the applicable storage context. Non-cloud features may keep data only locally; cloud features depend on access tier and availability.

Personal-data processing follows the Privacy Policy.

Users may request account deletion through the app and dedicated web resource. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by app stores.

When an active subscription exists, users should cancel renewal in the relevant store to prevent future charges.

The FRGMNT LAB brand, interface, software, texts, editorial organization and other assets may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

Access does not transfer ownership or authorize unauthorized reproduction, mass extraction, resale or exploitation.

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, impair availability, exploit vulnerabilities or use abusive automation to extract content.

The service must not be used for unlawful activities or to violate third-party rights.

The service may undergo maintenance, fixes, updates and feature changes. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Material changes affecting acquired rights will be handled according to store rules and applicable law.

Access may be limited in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or legal necessity.

Where reasonably possible, measures will be proportionate to the identified issue.

To the extent permitted by law, FRGMNT LAB is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect user-provided data, lack of validation, improper raw-material use or failure to comply with technical and regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms may be updated as the product and legal requirements evolve. The current version will remain published on this page.
