REFUND POLICY
How cancellations and refund requests for FRGMNT LAB app purchases are handled through official app stores.
Digital purchases in the FRGMNT LAB app, when available, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the platform used.
The receipt, final price, currency, taxes and applicable conditions are presented by the store at the time of transaction.
Auto-renewing subscriptions must be cancelled in the settings of the store where they were purchased to prevent future renewals.
Deleting the FRGMNT LAB account does not automatically cancel the store subscription.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google are assessed through the relevant store channels and policies, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.
FRGMNT LAB cannot promise approval of a refund controlled by the store.
If a technical issue prevents use of a purchased benefit, contact FRGMNT LAB support so we can attempt diagnosis and correction.
Where necessary, we will provide reasonable information to assist the user with the process available through the store.
Eligible purchases may be restored using the app restoration feature, according to platform records and the purchased product.
Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.
Questions about FRGMNT LAB operation may be sent to support. Billing and refund matters may also require direct contact with Apple or Google.
Never send full card numbers, passwords or authentication codes to support.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in app-store rules, the commercial model or applicable law.
